He had superhuman strength and was able to effortlessly take off the head of a massive dragon.
Furthermore, Yosuga dispatches Partial Devil Union Asta with ease, yet he still delivers powerful attacks without the need for Zetten.
It is reported that he is more skilled in Taijutsu and swordplay than Yami Ichika.

Early on, Yami could fight Licht with all of her might. He splits the demon Zagred in half with Dark Cloaked Dimension Slash: Equinox.
It is an impressive accomplishment that he can even fight Captain Dorothy and break her Glamour World.
